The guys working here are pretty nice and seem like chill dudes. I have a 2013 Subaru Forester XT Turbo 76k miles. Took car in for a tire patch but they said they have to perform a mandatory multipoint inspection. I thought sure why not since it's free. The patch was perfect, no issues with that. Reason I'm giving a 2 star review is because somebody forgot to put back the coolant reservoir hose into the the reservoir itself. I hadn't opened the hood for 4 days after taking it to them so coolant sprayed all over the place on that side of the engine bay and the battery. Also they forgot to put back the cover on the positive terminal of the battery which also got coolant on it. I check my engine bay regularly and it definitely wasn't like that the day before I took it to them. I put the hose back myself and topped off the coolant and didn't have any issues with overheating thankfully. I had already had it inspected about 3000 miles ago before taking it to Skip's by a Subaru specialist that found issues I already knew about but the techs at Skip's missed them it seems. I called them and the guy who I think is the manager offered to clean it up, so I'm happy about that. Probably

I had a nail in my front tire and needed a replacement. The staff was very patient and explained different tire options clearly. They also checked the whole car and gave helpful advice on future maintenance. I especially appreciated the reminder about the manufacturer rebate. Great service overall—very satisfied!

Update #2: After voicing my concerns and opening a case number for the failure of a service technician to replace the engine oil cap, Monro’s (parent company) guest services stated I should work with their auto repair center to resolve my ongoing oil leak issue that resulted from their neglect. After having the vehicle for 3 days, I was told it was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, they didn’t find any oil leaks. Their diagnostic tests consisted of ‘idling the engine for a while followed by a visual inspection and another visual inspection after sitting overnight’. They didn’t bother to contact me during this period about their preliminary findings. Since they couldn’t do replicate the oil leak, further no further could be done. The service technician told me to bring the vehicle back if the oil leak persist. After driving for 3 miles to my home, I noticed oil spots appeared again on my just cleaned-up driveway. I did a simple internet search on how to detect engine oil leaks and found other possible causes (seals, gaskets, oil sensor). I contacted the service manager the next day and he was surprised to learn my vehicle was leaking oil after driving home. They checked the oil dr
